Create a Custom Order!

If you like one of my funky polymer clay designs but want to change the colour scheme, add in something new, change a shape to something else OR have a completely unique idea in mind - create a custom jewellery order with Ma Belle Tante! 

 

How to create a custom order:

1. We can discuss the details of what you would like your jewellery piece(s) to be through email! Use this email address to contact me;

and add 'Custom Order' to the subject line so I can prioritise responding to your email!

 

2. In your email, please state the following for your order:

- if you already like a style on my website, send me a photo/link to that item. 

- let me know if it's the colour scheme, shapes, the findings (such as a hoop instead of a stud) etc that you would like to change and customise.

- if you want a totally new jewellery piece that I haven't made before, describe to the best of your ability what you have in mind. I will be able to discuss it with you further so we can decide on the perfect design for you.

 

3. After we have settled on a design, I can create a new listing on my website with your name so you can purchase the custom order and I can begin creating it for you!

 

4. *PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING*:

- I will send you a photo of your custom order before shipping it, however if you want to make any changes, you will have to purchase the item again as I will be re-making the piece from scratch. 

- Returns are not available for a custom piece unless there is proof of damage to the item and therefore I can accept the return and refund you full price.
